* Reservation deposit of $200 per unit converts to damage deposit at time of arrival. Following satisfactory inspection of unit, deposit will be mailed to home address 30 days from date of departure. Cancellation within 14 days of scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit. * Rental payments are due in advance beginning on day of occupancy. Payments may be made in cash, travelers' check, personal check, MasterCard or Visa. * Maximum number of occupants per unit is held to number of people the unit will sleep. * One car limit per unit. No parking facilities for recreational vehicles, boats, or trailers. There are local marinas. * Sorry - No pets - No barbecue grills. * All toll calls by credit card only, local calls are free. * Office hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday and 10:00 AM to 2:00PM Saturday and Sunday. Check-in time 3:00 PM. Check-out time 11:00 AM. * Every effort will be made to place you in the unit shown on your reservation.
